Terraform can store state remotely in S3 and lock that state with DynamoDB.
BIt should work. Existing token creation should work modulo the secret id for R2 is sha256(real token id)

MIn response to this, R2 may not work, based on my testing, for one user, it can easilly do a few hundred thousand in a hour, mostly reads (so class B) but also a bunch of writes and object creation too (so class A)
