unless you have GC running excessively frequently (every 5s or more frequently) or your server crashes with an OutOfMemoryException, you probably don't have a memory leak.

the launch arguments say it can use up to 3gb of memory, so it'll use up to 3gb of memory and run garbage collection only when it needs to
