Trying to make an appeal for getting my brothers PUBG account back which was hacked.
How do I go about trying to recover my brothers account when he had connected Facebook and email which both needed verification before logging in, which still got hacked and he can’t make an appeal in game. It keeps telling him to use his “regular device” and he is but it doesn’t allow him to. Appeal on the game isn’t being helpful.
