IT'S BLACK FRIDAY let's talk white sneakers
I've been wearing these for the past 8-9 months. https://www.vans.com/en-us/shoes-c00081/mte-ultrarange-exo-shoe-pvn0a4u1kqlz My pair is getting pretty dirty, so thinking about grabbing a fresh pair of white sneakers while Black Friday is on-going. I have a pair of white leather Greats for 'dressier' occasions, but these have been my daily drivers since they're more comfortable. I'm generally a size 12.5, so had to size up to 13 for these.
Just creating a simple thread to see what white sneakers y'all are wearing or recommend.
Side note: Every new pair of shoes I get tears up my heels, it's kind of insane. I just went to Japan for a week and even my daily drivers (the shoes in this post) were fine for the first 3 days of walking. Day 4 my right heel was randomly tore up. Do I have weird shaped feet? I have no idea. If anyone knows how to toughen up my delicate heels LMK.

Are Uniqlo bottoms generally low-rise?
Can anyone provide a quick breakdown about how the most common Uniqlo pants are supposed to fit (low rise, mid rise, high rise)?
Specifically interested in:
1. Wide Chino Pants
2. Pleated Wide Pants
3. Corduroy Easy Pants
TANGENTIAL: In general I always struggle to understand mid-rise. I've worn low-rise my whole life. I understand where high-rise sits. I don't understand how people keep their pants up at mid rise. I'm not overweight but I have a tiiiny bit of stomach and it feels like mid rise is very dependent on how much I'm actively sucking in or not sucking in my stomach.

Comfortable shoes for vacation/walking that look decent
As the topic says^
The latest threads on Reddit are a few years old. I'm looking for shoes that are comfortable out of the box and for long days of walking.
I have some white Greats that look good but try to rub my feet raw in a few places (not ideal for walking). The most comfortable shoes I currently have are Vans UltraRange EXO MTE-1, but they aren't the dressiest shoes around.

A Day's March 'Jack Chunky Derby Shoe' alternatives
I like these shoes: https://www.adaysmarch.com/us/jack-chunky-derby-shoe-black
Unfortunately, they've been out of stock in my size since launch. I'd need a EU 46 for my American ~12-12.5 feet.
* I like the lug sole that's medium-thick (not a huge platform).
* I also like that they're relatively simple and look slightly more casual than most dress shoes. Almost like they're not as narrow as typical Oxfords, for example.
Looking for alternatives! 🙏

Machine-washable trousers
I'm thinking about trying out trousers, so I'm looking for recommendations that hit the following criteria:
* Regular/straight-fit at most, nothing wider.
* Machine-washable.
* Probably not high-waisted, since I'm not that bold.
* Leg crease is fine but no pleats 🙏
Anyone have some suggestions? 👀 Probably looking to start with a dark olive green.
