if you have a nvidia gpu install the nvidia app, sign in / create an account, and then just update drivers. if u have two monitors try having task manager open at the same time as bootin the game to see if there is a certain thing that is 90-100% used, like your memory, cpu, gpu

restart your pc, possibly reinstall the game, check in task manager to see if your gpu is being used alot more than normal, you can try reinstalling the gpu drivers as well sometimes they just install bad, uhh thats all i can think of to try
