Installing and then Uninstalling this mod is breaking when playing with the Essential mod
So, like the person from the Essential server said, it seems to be a problem specific to the game being Open to LAN and that other player joins. Maybe it has something to do with what chunks she has loaded?

Interestingly enough, even after the other player leaves, the problem persists
