if the metals are same, then KEmax are different only bcuz of the light v are different, so they can also have different Vs

different Vs is needed bcuz their Kinetic energy max are different, which is hv-Φ, so different metals have different Φ which means their KEmax can be different even with the light's v being different or same, hence different metals can have different Vs
