Recipient's Signal [Flatpak] stickers not being viewable

When a sticker is sent to me on Signal, it's not viewable on my end - shows either a blurry version or a white rectangle. It works fine on Android, iOS, Windows, but not Bazzite. I think this is Bazzite specific since a friend of mine has it installed via Flatpak on Nobara and is having no issues with loading stickers. Right now I have Signal installed in an Ubuntu 24.04 container via Distrobox to work around it, but I'd very much prefer using Flatpak for this. The relevant log that comes up when trying to download the sticker:
