How do you tell which Levi’s 506 type one is the original proportions since Levi’s has made so many?
It seems like there’s so many varieties of Levi’s type ones over the years. It’s hard to tell which ones are considered the original proportions or measurements of the 506 Type 1 jacket. Does anyone have any pointers on how to identify the real ones? And does Levi still make faithful reproductions anymore?

Short length type 2 raw denim jacket brands?
I want to find a boxy, short length type 2 jacket. I've already checked several brands, and I think Freewheelers, The Real McCoys, Mister Freedom (blouse not really a type 2), and possibly Warehouse Co offer that. Even though Sugar Cane was recommended, I checked the measurements and it's too long. What other brands should I look into? Thanks!

Any shorter length sweaters or outerwear for COS?
I just visited cos and found that their quality is pretty good. However most of their items are really long. This is probably a long shot but does anyone know of any items that are shorter in length?
I managed to only find one item that fit me decently in terms of length.

Does this look like a legit ebay seller or some kind of fake?
Saw these Camion boots that retail for close to $600 being sold for $300 on this ebay listing. The rating level is 95% positive but only has 35 reviews and the pics don't seem like the actual thing. Also sold out of Hong Kong which is in China... So, is this probably too good to be true?

Has anyone used Lyst or Modayn before?
I see these Camion boots for like 40% off their typical price on Lyst. It seems like they are connected to another site called Modayn that actually does the selling. Are these sites legit? Modayn seems to be a pretty new business, but if it’s listed on Lyst maybe it’s ok?

What's a good sweater or jacket to wear to a mother's day dinner at an upscale steakhouse?
I have a thin sweater polo and some wide trousers from uniqlo, but I feel like I need a jacket or sweater of some sort. Actually I don't even know if the polo is a good idea or not, but I don't have any dress shirts right now since I've bulked up in weight and all my old dress shirts are too small.
Looking for ideally something I can use in other less formal-ish settings too.

Is there an age limit to certain styles?
I do like the puffy cropped top, straight/slightly baggy pants look, but all the pics I see of people wearing them are probably in their 20s. I'm getting close to my mid-30s now, and I feel like I might be out of place wearing something like that. So.. I'm wondering is there an age limit younger looking style? And if so.. how can you make it work for someone who's a bit older?

Looking through his pics, he has that 1/3 tucked in/cropped top, 2/3 pants thing going on. Street wear feeling. Straight leg pants, and actually several with a bootcut/flared opening. But not excessively baggy. If I just type in "streetwear" I get all sorts of things. How do I narrow down to this type of style specifically? Thanks.

When will minimalism no longer be as popular?
I'm just getting into thinking about my wardrobe more, and I'm going for a minimalist style.. but it makes me wonder if minimalism is just going to fade away sometime soon, and all my efforts in acquiring pieces will be for naught. When is the end to minimalism's popularity? What's next? (or maybe it's already not popular, and I'm just behind the times..)

for a minimalism wardrobe, can Barbour or trucker jackets fit in?
I’m still trying to figure out my style, but I like the general feeling of the minimalist style of Daniel Simmons and Tim Dessaint. However I also really like certain pieces like Barbour waxed jackets and the type 2 denim jacket. Paired with the wider/straight leg trousers aesthetic, would these jackets ever really work?

What are some interesting leather belt designs?
I’m getting into leather working, and I’ve already made a regular belt. I’m curious what sort of really nice interesting leather belts people here have seen? Could be even as simple as an interesting buckle or something more complex like the acne studios musubi belt. If something here catches my eye, I’ll try to make it as my next project.
