Ok i am suddenly horribly confused. the deck itself has the buttons that the app provides just without any icons. And the app still says no device detected

Cant update anything, Mount anything.
Trying to update things in discover as thats what im used to it gives an error stating "user does not have access to update" go to mount any new devices "permission denied user does not have access"
