I want to save some json files for a discord bot I'm planning, don't really need a database, just a few files. I learned about volumes feature on railway. Is it still available? I'm on the hobby plan.

hobby plan credits roll over?

So i understand that each month $5 will be billed and we get $5 of resource usage for that, but do the unused resources roll over to the next month or lapse?
