ostree-finalize-staged fails with SELinux error
i am running into the same error trying to rebase to aurora
am not at home currently, if you need it I can get some logs tomorrow

and you could switch podman-compose to brew instead of layering it, but that might mess with WinApps for a bit

I think you should be fine to run
rpm-ostree remove docker-ce docker-ce-cli virt-manager
(if you dont need VMs)
