Hello,
My account has been stolen, and unfortunately, all of my recent support requests have been ignored. I have been a loyal PUBG Mobile player since 2019 and have provided every payment record and detail to prove ownership of my account. Despite this, I have not received any meaningful assistance.
The person who stole my account is currently active and playing with it, while I remain completely locked out. What’s most frustrating is the lack of support I’ve received, even though some Turkish PUBG Mobile community managers are aware that I am the rightful owner.
Due to this situation, I’ve taken some legal steps. The emotional and psychological toll this has taken on me is significant — I’m dealing with frustration, anger, and emotional distress.
I have invested approximately $100,000 to $120,000 into this account over the years. I was part of the Supercore system, but since my account’s authorization was revoked, I can no longer access it. I also have a second confidentiality agreement in place, yet I am no longer able to benefit from it either.
This is an extremely serious issue. I need to know — what will be the end of this situation? Will I ever regain access to what I’ve rightfully built and paid for over the years?

Hello, I have a question. Let's say you made a request to remove social media links and the administrator removed your email and phone number. Let's say you had just changed your email and phone number before this and there was a repair problem with your device. Since your device was not reliable, you could not add a phone number and email and somehow your game account was stolen. Now who is the wrong person here?

Hello, I have asked for support many times but I could not get any help. I have listed all my purchases since 2023 and all the information I have given is correct, but I cannot get my account back.
