Videos dont play, Download button dosent work

The videos uploaded from my phone and ipad play on the web and once they are downloaded locally but dont play when i view them on the app, ive tried retranscode them but that dint help The download button also dosent seem to work on the apps, i use self signed certs

Metro Set Ui Key Events dont work

am trying to create a simple program using windows forms C# and have a text box and a list... i can add text to the list using another button but when i try to add text using the keypress event it just dings and nothing happens
