stuck on loading screen
the boot up noise happens but then its just stuck on loading screen. im not banned or anything or suspended but idk why its not working

"Auto Log In"
everytime i log in to the game via Valorant Launcher (not riot) it sometimes automatically logs me in without me pressing play. Is there a way to make sure it doesnt do this or anything of the sort?

Can I recover my account which was perm banned?
My account was banned for "3rd party sofware" but I can log onto another account I just made so I'm not HWID banned. I also never used 3rd party software so I DO NOT FUCKING KNOW where this justification came from
