'Game Mode' Performance Issues
I'm new to Bazzite so take this comment with an ocean of salt, but you say the hardware you're installing on is pretty old. I understood that if your nVidia card is older than GTX16xx gaming mode won't work, but you should be able to use the nvidia stable desktop and Steam Big Picture mode in that scenario.
If Bazzite is still attractive within those constraints, if it were me, I'd try making a new Bazzite install USB using Balena Etcher (I have had some recent issues with Rufus even though I used it for years) and start again from that.
You don't mention whether you've dedicated a whole drive to the installation, but that's the recommended installation scenario I believe.

Can't get cloud storage to show up in Dolphin (Bazzite Desktop KDE)
OK I have finally solved some of this at least:
Dropbox ... remains unsolved.
Google Drive ... possibly could be solved ... this works under Gnome and on further research seems to be an issue with KDE dropping authentication, which has been a long-standing thing apparently. Some posts say that if you overwrite the KDE drive ID with the one used by Gnome you can force authentication to work and I can confirm that integration works just fine in Nautilus (in a Fedora VM within Bazzite). Giving up KDE for Gnome is a bridge too far for me, though I might try the drive ID spoofing trick at some stage.
PCloud ... SOLVED ... I had tried to install this using the instructions provided by PCloud and it failed out because the fuse file was missing, but using the Gear Lever app that is automatically installed with Bazzite Desktop it installed seamlessly ... winner winner chicken dinner!
I am SO relieved that something works, because I LOVE the Bazzite Desktop KDE version and the 3 main games I want to play work really well (FFXIV, Baldur's Gate 3 and Two Point Museum). I was also impressed with the advanced functionality in OnlyOffice and that, despite being a user of some pretty obscure features in Office, everything just works there. Cloud file storage was an unexpected hurdle that I'm delighted to have now solved, enabling me to sever ties to Windows altogether now. Given the high price of Dropbox and that I bought a lifetime subscription to PCloud some years ago, this is also prompting me to make the switch to PCloud, which I had not done previously just because I was used to using Dropbox and it was easy. I'll still keep trying for Google Drive as I'm in a band that uses it to share files, but I can live with the web interface if I have to, so long as I have one integrated cloud storage service that works - and now I do!

Installed Bazzite KDE on a different SSD for dual boot and now I cant boot back into my windows11
In mine it looks like the picture in this post (which talks about the same thing) - soz I didn't know how to take a screenshot from bios 🙂 https://www.dell.com/community/en/conversations/storage-drives-media/disable-drives-for-precision-7510-pcie-ssd-solved/647f6bc1f4ccf8a8de8e5d6e

This may be no help at all, but thought I'd suggest just in case. From the shots it looks like you've been doing stuff in boot options vs bios setup.
Not all bios support this, but if you go into the bios setup (maybe F2 instead of F12 - not sure if that's the same for all), and you find where your drives are listed, sometimes you can tell the bios to ignore certain drives (tick them or untick). This is what I do to install Linux on another drive - only tick the ones I want to use with Linux and untick the Windows ones - and do the reverse when booting into Windows - saves physically pulling drives and faffing about with Windows aggravating boot options.
If any drives are unticked, they just don't get seen by the rest of the BIOS or anything else (this is fresh in my mind because I spent a frustrating day trying to access a drive I'd unticked a year ago and forgotten about lol). I wonder if your drive is still good but somehow got turned off in the bios setup.
I also noticed that you said you turned secure boot off to install Bazzite - did you turn it back on to get back into Windows?
