i found this, maybe it helps: ''Go to the NVIDIA Control Panel and click on the 3D settings section. Among the various options, you should find ‘Low Latency Mode,’ which is most likely set to ‘On’ or ‘Ultra.’ If you also have the ‘NVIDIA Reflex Low Latency’ option enabled in Valorant, this may cause a conflict, resulting in lag every time you alt-tab. So just turn off low latency mod on Nvidia Control Panel and you are ready to go''
