Unable to access settings page in my account

I had this issue one time and accessing the dashboard using a VPN worked for me, not exactly sure what was causing the issue but using VPN solved the issue for me

NEED HELP

Press the F12 key on your keyboard and it will open the browser console. -# I'm not sure what could be causing these issues but sharing errors you see on your browser console (i you see any) might help others to help you better
