The only reason I might have been banned is because I used to play Koth and did the bug where I climbed onto a structure, crouched down, stayed in the middle of the top, and then stayed afk, but I never saw anything that wouldn't allow it, and I don't abuse killing people from there either, and I usually always see people doing the same thing
