tickets
last time i opened a ticket i couldnt see my ticket because i have to talk on mail for security but after some time i could see it before it goes to solved section but now i cant see my ticket i can see bot message after you open a new ticket that they send it to you i dont get any mail after that???

ACCOUNT HACKED
I already posted a post yesterday that someone stole my account when i write to the support they send me link to follow the steps i understand they countinue the process on ticket but they dont even answer my ticket its been 1 day is it anyway that i can get help in the server maybe sharing my screen or something?

My account hacked
my account is hacked today i wanna take it back asap but when i click my ticket it says page not found 404 and when i click the link from mail it says same thing
