Ban/Suspension out of nowhere
Hello, my names LothairAzure and i came here to find help. My account was banned for no probable reason (To my knowledge), i've taken necessary steps and i have emailed Riot Games Support, but even after i replied with proof that i am the owner of my account as well as proof that i'm not cheating, they still wont grant me access to my account.
For context, i've been playing valorant since episode 2, and around 2 years ago, i started using Outplayed to record my gameplay to show my friends as well as review my own gameplay to get better. Recently, i played together with my friends on a competetive match where i wasnt doing well at first but slowly heats up and got top frag, as we were slowly getting back the lost rounds out of nowhere i got banned as a cheater. To my knowledge, i think the reason why i got banned is because they reported me for some reason and suspected me of being a cheater, but vanguard picked up a "Third-party" application thats being used for "Unfair Advantage". The only third party app i was using is "Outplayed" a safe recording application that automatically records your gameplay and automatically highlights your headshots, kills, deaths and more on the recording so you have an easier time finding the footage.
I love the game, i spent over 550+ dollars, and im heartbroken that this is happening, if someone can help me i can send over the Vid of the banned match where im explaining my plays (because i think that was the issue??) as well as the apps and explanation of the app Outplayed
