How to disable multilayer chunk generation?
I have a server where the world is small, the worldborder is at around 4k blocks. The problem is I uncommented and set the setting "generate_new_chunks" to false but it is still generating chunks outside what was already pre-generated before installing it.
Version 1.21.4, paper.
