Prime Plus Auto Renewal
#questions Dear PUBG Mobile Support, I am writing to request assistance with my Prime Plus subscription. Last month, I purchased Prime Plus, and I recently discovered that it has been auto-renewed. I wish to cancel any further auto-renewals. Unfortunately, I am unable to manage the subscription myself because I have lost access to the Google account associated with the purchase. This account is: Gmail: faizanoneplus804@gmail.com This was the Google account linked to my Play Store account, where the Prime Plus subscription and payment method are managed. I have reset my mobile device and am unable to recover the password for this Gmail account. My PUBG Mobile ID is: PUBG ID: 5615452646 PUBG IGN: ARCHER I understand that subscription management is primarily handled through Google Play. However, I am hoping you may be able to offer guidance or suggestions on how I can proceed in this situation, given my inability to access the Google account. Thank you for your time and assistance.
