No problem at all :) There's a basic guide to getting started on the plugin wiki. Feel free to tag me if you need anything else.

Do you plan on using Fabric/Forge, or a Bukkit server? I have only really tested the plugin myself, since that's what I work on, and it can run on a Raspberry Pi with just 1 GB of RAM allocated :)

Since it isn't mentioned, I would expect that those cores are shared. But that shouldn't be an issue unless the provider is massively over-provisioning. Cloudnord has very friendly and helpful support, so I have no doubt that they will come up with solutions if you encounter any performance issues

Very cool that Pebble has an option to rent dedicated cores :) The above screenshot is from Cloudnord?

This works fine as long as everyone uses their resources reasonably. You can have spikes or even longer periods of full load, but if every customer tries to use 100% all the time, then they won't actually be able to

The way hosting providers typically work is that you share the same hardware (including the CPU cores) with other customers

Server side stop send LODs
Make sure you are using version 0.9.0 or the most recent 0.10.0-SNAPSHOT version of the plugin, then delete your LODs both on the server and the client and try again. There was a bug in a previous variant of the 0.9.0-SNAPSHOT version which resulted in a bunch of (seemingly) empty LODs, which can make it look like you're not receiving anything from the server even though you are. To fix it you first need to update to a version without the bug, then delete all the blank LODs from both the server and client.

Pregen showing Infinity Hours
The only reason I can think of, barring some sort of internal error, is that you have chunk generation disabled in the plugin config - but have requested generation of an area that includes un-generated parts of the world

Then the pre-generator will pause indefinitely, waiting for those requests to complete

Pregen showing Infinity Hours
This could happen if the number of failed generation requests reachs your full_data_request_concurrency_limit

Adjust the DH setting "cave culling" on your client

wrong chunks loading?
Iirc DH uses the server name from your server list as the folder name to store data. Make sure you don't have multiple servers with the same name, and are not using "direct connect"

/dh pregen start not found
1. The plugin command is not /dh. 2. The plugin only has commands if you're using a recent nightly. 3. Read the plugin wiki for details on the commands.
