i got falsely permanent banned
my friend hacked my account while he was hardware banned and then logged in with it, which ended up getting me permanent banned, i made a ticket about it and then the person in the ticket said that my account has been found cheating, i just want them to check the computer where the cheats were because i have absolutely no cheats, and also i tried making another ticket after they closed one and im not able to do that either. please help i just wanna get unbanned and play valorant
