120 hrtz but no 90 fps or 120 fps?
My device is capable of 120 hertz yet i dont get the 90 fps neither the 120 can i resolve such thing? I want to play competitive yet i feel 60 fps lacks and i dont think its just a placebo effect that the more fps you got the superior advantage, Even tho in some situations i shoot first i still lose i need some clarity thanks.

I dont how conqueror rating works.
If i get to ace today do i get to conqueror in an instant? Or do i need to grind to how many cycle?
