If you are unable to claim Discord rewards, your username is likely too long. Please ensure that the total character count of your display name and username on Roblox does not exceed 28 characters. The game checks for your nickname in the format of
display name (@username), and unless it detects a match, it will not recognize your association with the Discord server.
