Solution:

You cannot stop a claim process. You will just have to wait for the result. If you happen to lose your account due to the claim of the hacker being approved, you can submit a recovery request from https://pubgmobile.live/support > Recovery to get your account back....

Please pubg members guide me what to do

So this is my account In 2023 and 2024 everything was going well and well then I decided to delete pubg cuz that time I have a low device then I deleted it for just a few months like 1 and 2 then I mistakenly deleted Facebook and after several months I got a good Device then I thought to install the pubg and play again with my friends and I install the Facebook then I type my email and password but Facebook say like that see we can't find your account then I tried to much but my all hard work drowned I just only request pubg for please help me idk really what to do now I thought that it was a bug from Facebook maybe fix in a few days but didn't I wait literally too many months now I AM regretting why I delete pubg on that time...

To recover your account, please submit a recovery request through in-game by going to the login page and selecting: Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery. Make sure to submit the request from a familiar device and provide all required and accurate information....

If your videos violated PUBG MOBILE's terms of service then they will not be restored. You can send an email to the claimant if you need assistance. For your information, you are not allowed to change FPS settings by using files or third party apps....

Acc stolen i guess...

so long ago i stopped playing and gave my acc to my cousin he said sometime later, the acc automatically logged out now when i logged into my acc through facebook, some lvl 5 acc came up my acc linked was changed and name too. i tried claiming my acc but it just shows some error showing its not a regular device...

Were there limited grimlock voice packs? I got a few from perk exchange from one pack. I have heard others from someone but they don't remember where they got them.

You could get the Grimlock voice pack early from the Transformers: Preview event around a month ago.

Mistakenly submitted Wrong Map for Ink Blaster Event

Hi PUBG team. I made my maps for both transformers event and Ink Blaster Event respectively. My map didn't got published on time for transformers event and I did not able to submit it. I worked so hard on both maps. Yesterday mistakenly I copied wrong code and submitted my transformers event map in ink blaster event which I already made map which too a unique and it took me almost 25 to 27 hours for making that map. Kindly if possible cancel my submission so that I resubmit my original ink blast...
