Solution:
You’ve most likely won the in-game item and not the physical t-shirt. The physical one mentions that it’s a physical reward in brackets. You can check your in-game inventory to see if you got the t-shirt.
There is also a section where you can check if you’ve won any physical rewards (2nd picture). It’ll show up there if you’ve won any....

Hello! I came back to PUBG Mobile after a few years I wasn't playing and I just realized that my account is linked to a Twitter Account that I have no longer access to. Currently I Log In with Game Center tho and my Account seems to be ok but since my PP is tied to the Twitter account I can not access to I can not change the PP in any way. I was wondering if by removing the Twitter (now X) connection but keep the Game Center one, would I lost my account.
