You can send an email to service@pubgmobile.com if you need assistance regarding your ban. If customer service is also unable to lift the ban, your only option is to wait until the end time.

yesterday I was unfairly banned for no reason. I've been playing with that account since Season 2 and have never done anything illegal, such as using external programs to improve the game. Likewise, I would never use or do anything that would put my account and all the money invested at risk. If you'd like, I wholeheartedly ask you to review my games. I never did anything illegal to justify this tremendous and unfair penalty. I hope I can resolve my case, because right now I'm very sad about this situation.

I'm guessing the issue happens because you're trying to login with your Google account. Maybe you can try another login method to access your account until the issue is fixed....

Someone hacked my account and wasted my uc by sending popularity to his account: 51967128587
He have also wasted my crates that i didn't want to open. This player should be banned and also all items sent to his account should be taken back. Here are screenshot found that malicious activity is being done. I never thought that they can still hack my account even i have secondry verification enabled.
Kindly help and roll back my items....
Solution:
You can set up restrictions before you scan a QR code. If you did not set these up then there isn't much you can do about the items that were spent.
You can still reach out to the in-game customer service if you need assistance....

You cannot stop a claim process. You will just have to wait for the result.

So this is my account
In 2023 and 2024 everything was going well and well then I decided to delete pubg cuz that time I have a low device then I deleted it for just a few months like 1 and 2 then I mistakenly deleted Facebook and after several months I got a good Device then I thought to install the pubg and play again with my friends and I install the Facebook then I type my email and password but Facebook say like that see we can't find your account then I tried to much but my all hard work drowned
I just only request pubg for please help me idk really what to do now I thought that it was a bug from Facebook maybe fix in a few days but didn't I wait literally too many months now I AM regretting why I delete pubg on that time...

Make sure to submit the request from a familiar device and provide all required and accurate information....
