Printer needs config updates after turning it back on.

So i got my V core 4 set up and ran past my initial tests. Hooked the bed up and all my heaters and fans worked great. I got a good mesh and was ready to start some test prints. I shut everything down and came back the next day. Today when I booted everything up, my mcu decided it didn't want to communicate. That was odd. I have it off network and connected to a laptop. voron 2.4

I have a vc4, But I have a Voron 2.4 and was seeing if anyone knows how to go out setting ratos on it. i started to and got the x, y, hotend and fans and the bed working. not sure on the z motors, z endstop, and the induction probe. if anyone could help that would be grate. thank you for your time

Suddenly toolboard_t0 ADC out of range

I discovered that while changing filament, sometimes I preheat the printer for a while. And few days ago I heard that the parts cooling, even not printing, goes front 0 to maybe 20-30 then 0, then ... and then nothing. Today the printer stopped working with this error. Do you think the EBB board can be dead? I cannot use the printer anymore since it fail with the message (see screenshot). Thank you for your help....

VAOC Displays Chamber Camera

Two camera's installed. One for VAOC and another webcam for the chamber. When first installed everything worked fine, however after moving the two camera USB connections to different USB ports on the Raspberry Pi both camera now show my chamber camera. Both camera's confirmed working. I cannot locate where the VAOC is assigned to the camera nor do I know how to force camera USB port IDs (IE force VAOC camera to video0 and chamber to video2) Chamber is displayed on webcam (Video0)...

Heated bed not heating

I have a strange issue on my V-CORE3-300. I replaced my Octopus v1.1 F446 with a new board (also v1.1 and F446, checked and double checked) and steppers. This as there was an issue with multiple steppers or the board, which caused Klippert to not even load the firmware. After replacing board and steppers, they work great, but my bed is not heating anymore. Already replaced the SSR, but that did not solve it. When heating the bed both the LED on the Octopus and the SSR light up, but nothing happens, just a "heater_bed not heating at expected rate" error after about 30 seconds. Also tried with another 230V heated bed and thermistor I had lying around, and same issue....

Solution:

Found the issue. The heated bed itself. Checked everything again and also used a light bulb to check if it lit up, and it did. Also tried with the other heated bed again and (I found out I connected it wrong earlier 😬) and it heated up right away. Now searching for a replacement....

heater_bed not heating at expected rate

New V-Core 4 build. I'm trying to do the beacon_ratos_calibrate command and when it gets to heating the bed to 85C it times out around 50C and gives the error: "heater_bed not heating at expected rate". I copied in the [verify_heater heater_bed] into the printer.cfg file to adjust the time it takes to time out and this has prevented the error from occurring. What I'm facing now is the bed taking foreverrr to heat up. I'm talking 20 minutes to go from 50C to 70C. What could be wrong? loose connection somewhere maybe?...

Using Part Cooling Fan turns Controller Fans off

Beacon_Initial_Calibration failing on new build

I just built my first rat rig. A V-Core 4 500 IDEX. I am going through the commissioning guide and I am having an issue where the bed doesn't stop when I do the BEACON_INITIAL_CALIBRATION command. X and Y home fine, but the bed moves up and never stops. The LED on the beacon lights up when the bed is 20-25mm away, and I have to E-stop a couple mm before it crashes into the toolhead. I have tried switching the USB port it is plugged into and moved it from the hub hat to the pi and back again. no change. Input Shaper and Belt Tension Results VC4 400mm.

Been getting these type of results no matter what I have tried. I don't have a belt tension meter yet but will result to it soon if I cannot find another option. I am currently using it as is, just obviously a lot slower with good results. I love this machine and would like to move on to the next step of the hybrid system and then maybe the idex if the problems clear up. Hi Folks, anybody know a solution for this? Just rebuilt a VCore 3 as a 3.1 and 4028 fan. When the fan kicks on i get a "Heater extruder not heating at expected rate". Do i just need to re-run the PID tune with the fan running?...
