First time resonance test
Hello , I've just ran a first resonance test on a 400x400x900 Vcore3.1. I'm really new to this - so sorry if this is obvious - but - are there any problems with these graphs?

error trying to run shaper
Error on 'M204': S must be above 0.0, something changed, and i can't figure out why it keeps throwing this error when im trying to test my resonances.
Solution:
rolling back klipper 40 commits fixed it..
Need help with XY axis
I have vcore 4 hybryd, its my second ratrig, and VCore 3.1.
Problem is with VC4.
I have everything set in printer.cfg
belt tension was set with sonic tension-meter. Its giving me answers in Newtons but I can tension every belt with the same force. I'v done that by setting extruder to the back and mesure the lenght of the belt from center of the pulleys. I use sonic -meter instruction for that....

Unsure How to Fix Based on Resonance Plots
I just finished tensioning all the belts (around 8 or 9 lbs based on frequency) and tension plots are absolutely horrid. I don't even know where to begin to start with this. I checked all the pulley gears and they look to be centered with the belts. I do hear vibrations, with the loudest being the base plate (plate covering the bottom of the machine). When I put my hand on there it damps out most of the vibration noise. But it still sounds like there is slight rattling noise. On my T0 toolhead I have the orbiter runout sensor installed and am wondering if that is contributing to the rattling noise. If i listen closely, it almost sounds like the balls in the linear rails that are rattling. Is it also possible some of the t-nuts for the linear rails (or any other t-nut I guess) didnt actually rotate properly and ended up not gripping the frame? I don't know how I would even tell since I can't look under the rail into the channel of the aluminum extrusion. The screws all seem tight though, nothing loose.
It looks like the Y belt plots are much much worse. The X plots look at least acceptable. The whole structure seems to shake between 50-70Hz (rough estimate) during the Y belt process. I have the machine sitting on a quartz countertop so I assume thats pretty decently flat.
I've attached my belt tensioning and shaper results for reference. All of these steps were performed with both CoreXY and hybrid belts attached, since it looks like IDEX does not work without the hybrid belts....

First Time Doing Belt Tuning... Looking For Guidance
I think I need to tighten the lower belt. Is this correct?

vc4-400 idex - interpreting shaper graph - ghosting on y-Axis - VFA on x-Axis
Hello, I need help troubleshooting my new vCore4 Idex.
What have I already tested?
- I have replaced all flange bearings with the heavy duty idlers
- checked that all screws are firmly in place...

Belt tesnion V4 Hype / Idex
I made the Upgrade to the Hype / Idex and have some troubble withe the belts maybe someone can help ๐ ?

Interpreting belt tension graphs
I just upgraded my Vcore 3 to 3.1 and Ratos 2.1 RC3
tensioned the belts to a kina equal tension just by sound and now ran the frequency measure belt tension macro
The first Result I interpreted as lower belt being too loose, increased by half a turn and ran the second test. It barely changed and from the tone the belt makes when manually "stroking" it the lower already sounds higher (so more tension)...

Better results with Mirror/Copy than Single? 500 IDEX
So, I'm getting mixed results in Single mode vs Mirror/Copy.
500 Idex.
I get consistent MZV recommendation on Mirror/Copy but not on Single.

vibrations increase when right hybrid tighten
Why do vibrations increase significantly when I tighten the belt tension on the right side, and why are they smaller when itโs loose? What is the problem?
A lot of noise and spikes on Y
Biqu belter at 6.8mm, graph looks terrible and those spikes at 125hzโฆ has anyone ever experienced this?
Any suggestions?...

IS Numbers
I came up with a theory today, after making a few observations on Klipper's mzv accel numbers returned from input shaping freqs. I know much is not explained here, but its simpler than people think.
The mzv accel number is not some magic algorhythm that comes from complex calculation. Its a nearly linear scale plot, based on the frequency that your x or y axis center resonance peaks at.
I took 11 mzv freq's and accels from this Discord, and plotted them on an Excel chart, just to verify my hypothesis. As you can see, Klipper applies the recommended accel in a nearly linear manner....
Belt Tension check V-Core 4 400
Hi, after some tuning I came down to these resonance graphs. I tuned belt tension to just below 75Hz which I guess is somewhere just below the recommended upper limit? How does it look? Room for improvement?

VC4 500 IDEX - 125hz Peak
Man I am so close to finally having Y serviceable, anyone have any idea what the 125hz hump is?

VC3.1 300 Belt Tension Help
Hi all, I am working on retuning my vcore 3.1 after it sat neglected for a while. I did input shaper and noticed my y-axis is pretty bad. I also checked my belt tension, and know they're supposed to line up, but I'm actually not quite sure how to read the graph so I know what to adjust. Any insight would be appreciated.

VC4 500 Good enough to install hybrid belts?
Hi all,
I've recently finished up a VC4 500 and got the attached response and shaper graphs.
In my opinion, these look to be good enough for me except for some leftover resonance in the 100-135Hz range and close to 200Hz. I left an inch of belt on both sides of the toolhead (in case anything goes wrong) so I have a feeling those are the causing the resonance. I would prefer not mess with the base core xy belts anymore since things like this can begin to spiral out of control. ...

3 Humps on Y Tension Graph IDEX
Cannot for the life of me figure out what is causing the 3 humps on this graph.. I've tried tensions from way too lose to quite tight. Have ensured no pulley are rubbing and tightened all screws on the toolheads etc. Any ideas?

Messy Y graphs
Looking for guidance on where to look next on a VC4 500 IDEX. Y belts are the exact same length and same number of teeth. Belt tension meter (the PFMakes printed version) shows repeatably similar tension between all the belts. Cables and wires on the tool heads are zip tied in multiple locations to minimize any issues. I have double checked hardware was tight. I removed the decorative corner bracket covers on the front because they were loose. Despite all that, my Y graphs are a complete mess and honestly the whole machine resonates on the Y test. Any guidance is appreciated.
Thanks....
