Y Spike on X-axis graph at 63hz
I cannot seem to make this spike go away. I squared up the frame. I tension the belts to about 16lbf. I made sure pulleys weren't binding. I am at a loss. I hope I'm not just having a brain fart moment. 💩

I have a VC3 400 and I can't work out what these strange vibrations are at the end of my graph. Also do they matter in this case?

Hey guys, any advice on what to do? is this graph acceptable? Also how do I make sure my belts are under correct tension with no tensometer? I tried to use the frequency measuring tool on my phone, but the data it gives me is so random, basically impossible to read. Any advice?
V-core 500 Hybrid y resonances
good morning.
I've been trying to solve a problem with the y-axis resonance graphs for a few days now. The graphs in X are perfect, but I'm still having problems in y. I tried to check that there were no vibrations on the gantry and that the belts were sliding correctly. The last correction I made was to tighten the frame nuts to 13N/m. I noticed that it twists and dances a lot during printing. I always thought it was normal given the size of the printer (v core 500 hybrid) but unfortunately even tightening didn't solve much. I'm attaching the graphs....
Vcore4 IDEX 400 t1_y Resonance Graph Wildly Different
Does anyone have any suggestions on where to look for this. My t1 y resonance graph shows a large offset between the x and y lines. I have no idea what to change, as all my other graphs the x and y mostly line up vertically. I did check the gantry moves to the back where both sides touch the motor cages simultaneously. No matter how i tension the belts, the t1-y always has offset x and y curves.
Any idea what could be the problem? I checked nothing is loose and the belts are roughly centered on the pulley (the belt seems to be manufactured not exactly straight so it does ride up and down a tiny bit touching the 20 tooth pulley lips depending on where the print head is))

VC500 3.1 Long Standing Issues
Hello, my printer hasn't worked in nearly 6 months and I don't know how to fix it.
It is a VCore 500 3.1-ish. The following modifications have been made:
- Swapped to VC4 motor mounts.
- Using different joiners and a top mounted rail (but the problem persisted with the old joiners and Y-rail location)...
impossible to adjust

Hey I am fairly new to IS and my Y axis looks shit, I dont knw what could be causing it, could someone with a little IS experience maybe have a look?
Swapped EVA -> RatRig toolhead and massive resonance spike
I swapped my eva toolhead to a ratrig toolhead recently and changed from an lgx lite to an orbiter v2.
During the recalibration process i started noticing that a few of the frequencies had really bad resonance at double the oscillating frequency.
Most of the frequencies were fine, but oscilating at 90hz for example, I get a really bad resonance at 180hz....

My x looks okay, but my y not so much. Not sure why I am getting the two smaller peaks.

x graph i believe looks alright but the y graph is vibrating much more than x and also speeds are super slow i assume. I am new to this type of stuff so maybe someone could help me fix the issue or tell me what might be the issue of this happening?
also tried this after these graphs but the code just wont work then and printer is disconnecting. any tips?🥲

Dear all, I can't get my VC4 400 IDEX running. I disassambled the whole gantry 3 times, all mgn rails are running absolutely smooth, Y is moving like a charm, .... and in the end, when I put everything togehter ....🤮 checked all screws over and over again, tried different belt tensions .... always more/less the same result. My VC3.1 has a perfect grapgh, but this IDEX drives me crazy. Any help/idea would be so helpful - thank you so much!
Y-Axis Scatter after main hump
Getting a grouping of misaligned humps after the main hump on Y-axis.
X-axis looks good I think.

I've got the Y-axis running better and doesn't seem to be binding, all bolts were checked to be tight. All wires are cable tied and supported....
