Trying to pay for something but it needs me to verify with SMS netcode but, I never receive the code. Is there a way to fix this?

I never cheated in valorant or any game to exact I own zero cheating devices I never played pc valorant on this account only console furthermore I only use legal tools in valorant this is the first time I’ve been perm banned ever in any game I just wanna get back into this game that has a great community and I’ve had great times on it can someone appeal more or something

Hello, I’ve just got banned for cheating in console valorant but I’ve never cheated, I really dont understand why could someone help me?
Solution:
Well I got the answer, it was a bug, on their end they can’t even see that I was banned, when I tried to log in again the warning magically disappeared both on console and on PC and I can now connect on my account, really weird and really scared me
My Val got stuck with loading screen and some time it load with blackscreen
I already updated the driver repair the game file try many method and reset the computer.
Valorant black screening on opening, need help ASAP
