Game latency and audio problems

every few seconds i just get a random game latency spike and my audio sometimes disapears completly i also get fps drops sometimes down to 5 fps for a fraction of a second i have already updated drivers, installed old ones and even disinstalled the game completly. the riot support wasnt able to help me after 2 weeks so maybe i will have a bit of luck here

Secure boot issue

Hi, I'm facing a weird issue : My Riot Vanguard is stating that it needs UEFI Secure boot to be enabled. It is enabled in my BIOS and running tpm.msc shows TPM 2.0 is ready to use But when I open msinfo32, it says secure boot is disabled 🤔...

I got banned for using "third-party tools "

i just got banned after reinstalling a new fresh windows 11 install, i spent around 4-5h playing valorant after reinstalling windows, turned off my pc, woke up next morning, with the Perminant Suspension screen on Riot. And I have no way of cheating, hacking, or even trying to on valorant, I have started playing valorant from EP6 till now on that account, and never got banned for cheating/third party apps or anything like that.

uefi issue. But it only happens when one certain account is logged into

fps capped at 120 for some reason

i got omen hp 16 xd0xxx with 4050 6gb. earlier i was getting fps over 120 like in 140-150 range without charging and then one day it caps to 120 and goes as below as 60 while playing can anyone help

Region is not accessible

Hi guys, Recently my friend from Brazil created an account for me there, so i could play with them. Me, as a person who lives in EU, i could log in and play on that account perfectly fine, until some day (a few weeks ago) the game just didn't let me. VAL 62 - the error that pops up when i start the game. The only solutions are using VPN or hotspot (which really increases ping) but i really don't enjoy both of them....

My game aint loading

Whnever i try to load in it just perma freezes on the loading screen, and then the only way to close it is by using task manager that crashes too after closing valorant
