Need help with the medal cometition thingy

Banned acc

This is kind of a last ditch effort but ive been seeing a few more of these types of post recently and just wanted to try one more time. my val account shoot back#drgbh was banned for violating Section 7( Scripting to be specific) around a month ago. I know theres a lot of people who do cheat and end up getting perm banned then try to appeal and lie their way through it but I in no way have ever cheated in valorant. Ive played the game since Epsiode 4 Act 3 and have climbed my way through all the ranks. I recently have not downloaded anything that would affect valorant or vanguard in any way recently, i do use Logitech G Hub but dont mess with the macro function. There is one app that i am a bit wary about and i was wondering if i could talk to any riot support and see if that app is the one that caused my ban, if not, I would like to get help to get my account unbanned. I have seen many people recently saying they've gotten hardware banned and wonder if theres an issue or something going on right now as well. can't log in, i don't know my player name and email

i currently have access to riot client and valorant on the account, but i don't know my email and player name, so i can't log in on the website, i'm not sure i checked "keep me logged in" on the client when first logging in

my 2nd time i got disconnected thanks to my trash wifi on a match and i got a 7 day ban?! and if i get disconnected again ima get banned permamently? wtf is this it was 10 min last time we jumping to 7 days and a perm ban? wtf

in-game content i bought showing as if i didnt buy it and not letting me equip it

Sudden FPS Drops.

I recently got a new laptop. It's not a gaming laptop and has integrated graphics but it usually run valorant at around 130 FPS. The problem is, at random times, the FPS will completely shunt and drop to around 5-10. Does anyone know the reason for this and how to fix it if it's fixable?

We did end up winning the game due to me and the other two people on my team so can you please ban them? Thanks

My fps on Valorant & Packet Loss (PC)

For whatever reason, as of the last update on the game that brought in the map Corrode, my FPS has been struggling to hit the usual 144 cap. I've tried almost everything but cannot figure out what my issue is & will consider reinstalling if any potential solutions do not work. i've noticed I slowly climb up from 0 to 1000 in packet loss as well and have restarted my internet (1Gbps download btw) several times to remedy this but it still keeps happening. Any help is appreciated, any potential solutions that I'm able to try would also be great. I can also list my system specs if its needed....

Server Ping Issue

On Hong Kong servers a few days ago I had 23 ms, but then suddenly like yesterday I am averaging 50 ms. Does anyone know if this is a Valorant issue or a problem with my wifi/isp?
