Help finding a modern tejo guide

I recently picked up valorant again and the new agent tejo really stands out to me, he's the first character in valorant I've ever really liked aesthetic and gameplay wise. The problem is all the stuff I find about him on YouTube is 7 months old. Not only is tejo heavily nerfed compared to then, but I want to learn from people who have really spent time with the agent. So is there like a secret society of tejo mains? Or a small YouTuber in a high rank who mains him?

Packet loss on 1 specific account

played in the range with 0 packet loss and queueing for anything other than that results in packet loss cooking me (5-30). now the weird thing is that this only happens on account A. Thought this was an internet issue but had to make sure, surprisingly, on like 7 other accounts, i had no issues. is there something wrong with my account? tried closing blitz after a redditor commented abt this issue in csgo but didnt do a thing. has anyone had this issue before?

There is a player named juren911 who plays rudely and tends to sabotage others. he dropped the molly on me even though i didnt do anything to him. also he kept dropping ultimate on me like revenge for some reason, then kept cursing me he kept saying jajaja haha noob. Riot please ban his account
