Banned for using "third-party tools"

I got a permo ban for using third-party tools or cheating although I have never used anything other than Valorant tracker. I have been in touch with the them through tickets however they said they cant help can anyone help?

Valo ping issue

Hi, a while back i had a problem with my ping going from average 25 to average 55 on frankfurt servers. It got fixed and i had no issue with it since then i think it was an issue with my provider since the guy from ur supp team was texting them and got the issue resolved. Now its the same again my ping went to 55 and is stable there.

Perm Valorant Ban

This probably isn't the best place to complain but here we go. So I was recently perma banned from Valorant for Section 7 or terms of service breach I believe. I have already made 2 support tickets about a possible unban or reduced ban time and these have both been rejected and I understand that. But what I do not get is why they are saying I can make a new account to play if I wanted to. So basically what that means is there just stripping me of my skins. I just believe that this is wrong because all they are really doing is taking the $600 dollars of skins i owned and saying "Haha my money now". I'm sure this is no surprise but riot is a money hungry company who will take away things you purchased but still allow you to make another account and do the same bad things you were doing.
Conclusion: I'm upset because I lost $600 worth of skins, and I think it's unfair that Riot keeps the money but still allows me to make a new account....

Can an admin help me with my banned account please?

I was banned on my account due to my friend being an id...t and cheating in valorant. So 6 months ago I lent my account to a friend to play unranked on, because I had the arcane vandal and he really wanted to play with it.
