A D3D11-compatible GPU (Feature Level 11.0, Shader Model 5.0) is required to run the engine.
I found people with these before, after I install and update driver, it still not working. Driver version is new, directx is 12.1, graphics software is up to date, windows is up to date, but still error. Btw this already happend to me few times in the past few months, and updating drivers solved it, but not this time.

I got band by third party software that I dont even have, all I have is opera opened, discord , Spotify & fraps (fps counter) opened, I already submitted a ticket and after a while I got unbanned, then played about 2 comps the other 1 got ban mid game, I cant submit another ticket because I cant sign in, please help.

Got falsely banned PERMANENTLY for “third party software” though I’ve never used anything/downloaded anything that could impact val. Need my account back for a tournament tomorrow, and i am still waiting for a response on my ticket. Is there anyone i can quickly get in touch with?
