I can't tell if enemies are behind me or in front of me

This has been driving me nuts, it's like I hear people in front of me if they were behind me, and vice versa. It's so hard to tell where people are at, sometimes it's as if they are standing inside of me. I have never had this issue in other games like CS, what can I do to fix it? Loudness Equalization doesn't quite fix it, just makes everything loud, Spatial sound simulation is off, game & headphones are set to stereo, spatial sound is off in Windows....

Anyone had this problem? its like when u hold shift and you can only press A or D or W and S.

I never had this before and idk why it happended. It fixed itself though when I said my keyboard has problem while chatting ingame.

Need to recover my account

My account was stolen almost a year ago with me having spents lots of money on that account and losing many friends that I had and don't have them added on my main account now. I do not know the username or password for this account in the login but I managed to track it down finally after it was stolen. Please help me, the support website asks me questions about information I cannot provide due to them changing the details before I can log back in.

freezes and un-freezes my whole pc until i restart my computer

every time i load up into the game i can get into the menu and play anything for about 20-30 seconds then my screen starts freezing and un-freezing and doesn't stop until i restart my whole pc, because it freeze my whole entire pc even though I've already closed out the game

Help! Been an issue for 2 years

I’ve been playing valorant for maybe 1/2 - 2 years. And I’ve always experienced technical problems. I’ve recently moved to a townhouse with a different cable network. And I’ve had a ping of 10-29ms. But my fps is at 57. So I tried installing Windows 11. And it sort of went to 80. But it stays at 57-60fps. I have a Acer Aspire Laptop. And I’ve been playing valorant on jt for a couple of years. And have always had this problem. I’m too broke to get a pc/desktop. And I don’t know what to do. Please...
