Account issue ?

I have multiple accounts, when I log in to one of them, i get kicked out after like 3 mins. (See error below) When I play on my other accounts I get absolutely no errors, and I can play peacefully....

so i have secure boot on and tpm .2 on but i still get this error the game opens but after 2 minutes i get this error. I uninstalled vanguard and now it doesnt istall by its own HELP

My game gets stuck on the loading screen

I launch the game and i wait for 5-10 mins only to see that the loading screen is still going. Ive notice that when this happens i cant tab out of valorant to another app or task manager to end task on valorant. How do i fix this?

any idea on why the ping is so high?

normally frankfurt doesnt reach 20ping but today its more than thrice (internet speed is the same and netweork configs werent changed)

Solution:- change the partition scheme to gpt, change bios mode to UEFI then enable secure boot from the bios (windows reinstall might be required like in this case)

Suspend Account

hello guys can I ask, I've been playing valorant for almost 2 years and decided to take a break since september 2024, then I want to play again on january 19, 2025. But when I login to my account, I get a notification that my account is locked or permanently suspended due to using third party software or cheats. But I felt that I didn't play it and checked in the tracker there was 1 game which was quite odd because it was only 1 match and for 1 day in October 2024. this is not fair, my account is permanently suspended due to third party software or cheats due to random people, but I don't feel like I played it. i just hope my account can be returned. can my account be returned ???...

Valorant capped at 60 FPS- help?

VSYNC is off, max framerate is turned off, all other games work fine but Valorant. I disabled fullscreen optimzations and am running the program as administrator, but for whatever reason the game is always stuck at 60 FPS IN GAME- the game runs fine when I'm in the menu and whatnot. I also made sure vsync is turned off in the graphics app GPU: 6900XT...

Having problem with radio commands not working for me
