frame drop

im always getting frame drops in valorant normally i get 80-100+ fps but it drops to 10/11 quite a lot even if i am in the lobby i play valorant using razer cortex as it helps increase performance specs - 12gen i5, 16 gb ram and intel uhd graphics any solutions?...

Valorant stuttering in combat

Valorant seems to be stuttering or freezing randomly especially when I am in combat or near enemies for some reason and I have tried all possible ways from YouTube and nothing seems to help at all. My processor is - ryzen 5 5600x. It doesn't happen in any other fps games like marvel rivals,cod etc only in valorant what's the solution for this? RTX 3060.

VAN-81 Error keeps coming back

Hey guys So I've already tracked the issue to the 'vgc' service that runs in the background. It keeps stopping every few days. No matter if I set it to 'Automatic' start or 'Automatic (Delayed)' start, it still stops randomly every few days. This keep causing a VAN-81 error on both Valorant and League of Legends. Can anyone help me figure out why it keeps coming back?...

Valorant freezes in loading screen

Whenever I load into valo, it always freezes in the loading screen. It looks as though nothing is functional but i can listen to the gui sounds in background when i hover the mouse in the expected places buttons would be in.... So it's like I can only see the loading screen but the game is still functioning. What are the ways I could try out to resolve this issue?

Put VP on wrong account!

I accidentally purchased Valorant Points on the wrong account. I meant to buy them on my main account but didn’t realize I was logged into the wrong one. I haven’t spent any of the VP yet. Is there any way to refund or transfer them to my main account? I’d really appreciate any help you can give. Thanks!

Bought Used PC and it's hardware banned

Bought A used pc recently for about 450 plus a keyboard n stuff, pretty decent deal but turns out when I tried getting on I was suspended and when I contacted the person I bought the pc from they said they were hardware banned temporally... Chat what should I do :duragsob:

Network error

Ever since I started playing Valorant, in about 2021, ive always had a "network error" on the game, and I cant figure out how to fix it, it makes the game near unplayable. Ive played countless other games, Overwatch, Siege, Fortnite etc. and my ping stays below 30 on average and never do I have any network/latency issues that dont resolve in less than 20 min. Ive had two Valorant accounts now, moved houses, and changed Wifis in the span of time ive had this game. Uninstalled and redownloaded too...

Valorant Crashing

For about 4 months now (or whenever they removed reyna for fixes) my valorant suddenly started crashing after 3-5 minutes. Some days it’ll work and some days it wont. And its not giving me an error its straight up crashing my entire pc. I’ve tried almost everything i could find to try and fix it but nothing works. I contacted Val support and they were no help. Sometimes when it crashes i get blue screened. Lmk if you need any other info

Need help with getting val up and running.

So my friend has come across a problem when trying to install Val. its installed, but a message pops up which says "this version of vanguard requires UEFI secure boot to be enabled in order to play" then kicks him out. It also says "see the vanguard notification center in the tray for more details". Anyone know what this means and how to fix it? Thanks. says VAN9003

HELP PLEASE

From 2 months i have experiencing this crashing problem, when i start playing game crashes like after every 5-10 mins and make serval changes to system too like delete chromes data, mouse stops working. I tried everything reinstalling windows, reinstalling valorant, i raised a ticket too they told me several things there i have tried everything but game keep crashing.
