Whenever I try to download riot mobile, it says not in device if I try it on my computer, and if i try it on my phone it says not available in country. I want to set 2-Step Multi Factor authentication with Riot Mobile

so umm I think there was a game issue all of our teammates in ranked kept getting dc and getting kicked I think someone might of lagged switch or it might be a server problem but like do I deserve the ban ?
