Falsely banned

this is the ticket i sent to riot I just logged on to Valorant for the first time since August of 2024. I was met with a surprising "ACCOUNT LOCKED", stating that I used a third-party software. I was completely shocked by this, considering that I know for a fact I have never cheated on Valorant, or any video-game for that matter. The only thing that I can even remotely guess might have triggered an anti-cheat is the use of a software called "Timer Resolution", which has the sole purpose of reducing latency for games. Please consider checking again the anti-cheat to see what it detected and fix this unfair ban. I have spent hundreds of dollars on skins for this game and find it absurd that I was incorrectly banned, especially for something which is entirely false. i also just saw on valorant tracker that someone was on my account 1 month ago which is just impossible unless someone has access to my account somehow, again havent played since august...

this message pops up after about 5 mins every time i open val

ive tried playing valorant like 5 times today and every time it does this, ive tried many different things like turning svm on my motherboard on and reinstalling vangaurd.

Headshot Dink Color White to Yellow

I've seen videos of other players when they headshot someone, it shows a yellow-orange ish dink with the "blood" setting turned off. But for me, there isn't even a blood setting and the headshot spark is white How do I change it from white to the yellow-orange headshot dink?...

Solution:

The VNG client does not have these options, and it forces a white headshot dink. Using a VPN to make an account outside of Vietnam so that you don’t get forced onto the VNG client is the only solution....

how can i get unbanned?

just i did more than 45 kill and enemies reported me and i got permanent banned... just was in prime

Solution:

Make a ticket with valorant support. That is currently the only avenue for appeals.

Solution:

As far as I know, there’s no Riot employee that speaks here who has ban/unban powers. Make a user report support ticket or use the in game report system.

lag spikes

I have a cat 6 ethernet and i get 20 ping on oregon servers with very little ping variation but im still experiencing lag spikes up to 100+ ping and its consistent. i do NOT experience this on other games please save me

Freezing

Everytime I get on val my game just freezes every 5 seconds and even if I close val it just still freezes until I restart my pc and is perfectly fine untill I open val

Solution:

Motherboard doesn’t do graphics since you have a gpu, it’s hdmi ports don’t work for graphic displays, because integrated graphics is off. Your only option is to get a gpu with more hdmi ports, or get an adapter (USB-c to hdmi, USB-a to hdmi, etc). If your GPU has a VGA or DP connection, you can also do that....

Valorant ping increased over the years in the balkans

I used to have 47 ping in frankfurt (around 3-4 years ago) and am in the balkans but now its at 60.. Did Riot move the servers further away or smth, and how to fix this or idk if someone from riot employee can fix it if so then pls do? (i got good internet too)
