Question regarding VT-x and Hyper-V

I want to run android studio emulator and VT-x and Hyper-V is required. Will it cause any conflict with riot vanguard?

Valorant is not getting open

Using Intel Arc A750 Graphic card, and since past 1 month am not able to launch Valorant, its coming for few seconds in task manager and gets disappear. Have clean installed multiple times in windows 11. But did not worked.

I have a suggestion

If you know urnotjustin, you know we all want a swiftplay bot match in custom game (with cheats allowed), so we can test lineups, setups and more, while also just bullying the bots. if you think this is random search up on youtube: "urnotjustin swiftplay bot match" to see what I mean, you guyys teased it in that pretest video.
