Valorant Freezes once every Session (Win11)

My game hard freezes for 30 Seconds every session of Valorant (Ranked). Kinda seems to happen every 1st game or 2nd, any ideas on what can cause this freeze? It’s only been happening since switching to Windows 11, but I don’t really feel like switching to Windows 10 all again if there’s a potential fix? ( just a freeze for 30 seconds I have to press my keyboard and it works after a while). Also no signs of Errors in Event Viewer appeared

VAN: Restrictions

whenever i load up valo after 2-3 minutes the game force closes n shows van restrictions. This has only just started happening. It didnt happen yesterday nor the day before. My computer hasnt updated as well since the last time i played valorant

Unable to change resolution - Stuttering

Whenever I launch the game, it always opens in 1920x1080 but my native resolution is 2880x1800. I tried changing the resolution through the in game files but it doesn't work. Not too sure where the stuttering is coming from though as no matter what resolution type I am playing on - when I change from Fullscreen to Windowed Fullscreen and then switch back to Fullscreen, it changes the resolution back to 2880x1800 - it still stutters. Also, when I try to change it within the actual game, it doesn't give me the option to change the resolution. It shows up as Custom and it doesn't even pick up my monitor. ...

riot hardware banned

My email was hacked I think and someone was cheating on my acc I said this but riot perm banned me and hardware Pls someone help idk what to do ive made 2 tickets about the ban and the said same thing also I understand since someone hacked on the account it should get terminatedd or rollback but a hardware ban for something that happened not even on my pc is crazy...
