False ban for “third-party device”

#Ban appeal got on Valorant to see my account locked for the use of third party devices. I’ve made over 20 tickets with proof, but it didn’t work. The ticket said “it would take longer for us to review your account” and told me to wait the time. The thing is I was locked out till 1/1/3000 or 975 years. I spent hundreds of dollars on the game. Now all that money I worked hard to get. Went down the drain. I’m not mad I’m just confused. I really hope one of the mods/admins gets this.

The new discord Riot collab

I’ve played valorant for about a year now, and really enjoy it, so when I heard I could get a free Valorant effect on discord I was ecstatic… but when I realized that it would be on the only week that I wasn’t home to play… you can also imagine my sadness when I realized I couldn’t get it. I asked my family to play for me in my honor but it didn’t work… is there anyway for me to still get it without paying?...

I can't figure out a good sens or dpi anymore

I used to have amazing aim with vandle and marshal back when I was at 800 dpi 0.35-0.40 sens, and now after I got washed, I cant find a good consistent aim, I try 0.175 and 1600 dpi but that works for only one match and then after I switched to 800 dpi, it feels way too slow, I dont know what to do, even aimlabs barely helps

Account ban

Last year I updated my computer and then played two games of val, like I used to do every 3 ish months. then I dont hop on it for two weeks but My league account does get hacked in this time send a ticket into riot they clear that all up all is swell. THEN a week later I go to play a game of val and what do you know im banned for "hacking" says vanguard. I sent a ticket in to riot abt it but it seems to go no where any ideas on how I can fix this. seriously never hacked and couldnt be told what...
