Can't click anything on launch/in lobby

Recently when I open the game I will get the loading cursor and can't click anything in the lobby and the video in the lobby is frozen. Sometimes when I alt tab i see it moving in the preview but once I focus on val it goes back to freezing and I can't click anything. Also did a clean uninstall of vanguard and deleted the riot folder and it still is giving me this issue

Valorant points, only 25 far from skin

I have 100VP right now. I'd like to buy a skin that has 2175VP, closest amount to buy is 2050. I really don't want to spend more money just to have like 300-400VP laying around on my account, is there a way to buy a not-fixed amount of VP or do I really have to spend additional cash? (the skin is just an example) I also heard you can ask riot for some riot points for some if it's off by a small amount, but does this work on valorant points?...

Payment Approval Screen Goes Grey

I'm trying to buy a skin from the new bundle but I pressed no on something when my bank approval came up and now everytime i try to do it the little approval screen goes grey and i cant click anything. How do I go back and allow what I pressed no too, turned computer on and off and that didnt work. Thanks in advance...

Can't change the Resolution

Since the time I installed Valorant, I have not been able to change the resolution of the game from the in-game settings. I used to change them manually via the config file, but now its not working, when I tried to change the resolution as now I have a bigger monitor, it will not change and the in-game settings resolution selector is stuck with one option "custom". I don't even have a custom resolution which really confuses me. Does anyone know a way to force it to change the resolution?

Can't make anymore purchases

I was trying out my old gift cards that I had and none of them had enough money on them so I just tried my debit card which I knew had enough money but it kept saying "Transaction denied". It didn't even say I didn't have enough money, it just refused to take it. Can anyone help?

Account locked due to suspicious activity.

My account was recently compromised and managed to get it back using the recovery ticket. However, after i got it back, about 1 week later it got locked due to suspicious activity. I tried contacting riot support but could not find any category saying account locked due to suspicious activity, only game bans. My region for some reason only allows me to purchase valorant points in Euros ( even though im not in Europe ). Ive only found sources to purchase Valorant points in USD which i would consider trustable and safe. Would a USD VP code work for a "European" account?
