Valorant not working

Everytime i try to open valorant it keeps loading onto my laptop instead of my monitor and when i click on it on my laptop it freezes i looked up many ways to fix it and nothings working it just keeps freezing. I need help on what to do i tried everything....

Banned cause i got Hacked

I tried to Contact Riot Support but theres only Bots requesting to my issues. I tried 5 Times but got no Real answer. My Account got hacked and then the Hacker Cheated on it so it got Permanently Banned and i cannot do anything about it. I NEED A REAL SUPPORTER TO ANSWER MY TICKET 😦

Invisible support page comments

First of all, I got perma ban for cheating which I didn’t do. Talked with support, but all my comments were invisible so I can’t check what I answered on the security questions and other comments. My case got closed. Now I have sent a new ticket and got a mail that it was sent. When I try to open the case with link from the mail, I get 404 error.. Happens on all my devices(Mac, phone, pc). Voice Chat Bug

In valorant it shows my voice chat as disabled. I’ve checked the settings and all of them are enabled in reference to party voice chat and i’ve tried to reinstall the game. I’ve tested and my mic and headset is working on other platforms on my laptop but on valorant it just shows a speaker icon with an x next to it instead of the sound waves and i’m not sure what to do as i can’t hear others and they can’t hear me.
