idk what to do at this point pls help me, when i was gonna play val with my friend and start warming up first it says, notification show up and it says i need to enabled the secure boot, already did that and the second problem show up and it says "secure boot verification failure". i tried every youtube tutorial and nothing really helps me. i use external ssd for my windows file and this problem never happen to me before. pls help me

How long do riot support see your submitted ticket?

I had an ongoing support ticket in june 21 (i think), and they said that they need more details so they said I need to submit a new ticket providing new details but it is 2 days now but until now I dont have any updates for my account that is hacked.

games bugged on certain account

my game started bugging on my main, things like invites not showing or requests, and when someone does join, it doesnt show up on the q page unless you switch gamemodes, the agent select page loading in late, only happens on my main and i tried repairing my game files

weird mouse stuff

everytime i open valorant i have to triple click anything to have it work. Lowkey a PITA since I have Kovaaks running and I can’t do that anymore. Not a hardware issue since the mouse works 100% in game. No idea what’s going on pls fix

Valorant keeps on exiting when I click my windows key.

On my main account when I click my windows key while playing valorant, it stays on valorant and everything is fine, but on my alt account when I click my windows keys while I'm on valorant, it moves me onto another one of my apps that are up. I just want to know if their is anyway that this can be changed or fixed to where I can make it stay on Valorant when I press my windows key.
