How can i make an account

I have been trying to make a valorant account for the past hour and i keep on receiving this message. What am i doing wrong? I just want a seamless transition from my old game but i am so frustrated.

zero time to react. Latency issue?

I hover around 40-60ms ping and other players aswell but every couple minutes it's like my character starts hovering or spikes in positioning but the overlay stats show nothing during that. but overall gameplay seems to be fine. No noticable delay in movement or shooting however i have literally no time to react to anything. I peek i get instantly 1tapped almost like they know EXACTLY where i am at all times. they go around a corner and not even stop and 1tap me like a rage cheater, very consistently and happens with every enemy. I watch streamers and they have a full lifetime to react 80% of the time, On my end it's different around less than 100ms at inhuman speeds while running sideways mind you. I'm dying before i even see them most of the time could also be tied with my shots not registering probably because im already dead? it feels like the barrel is made out of floppy rubber. what can i do? It completely ruins the game as I just wanna chill and play but i can't even get a single kill in deathmatch...

Valorant crashs/Riot support page not loading

Hello. I've been expierencing this issue with riot for a while now but ever since the new update came out ive been getting the same crash. Where it'll crash and then tell me to repair my game files. which ive done. multible times a day. and yet everytime i load in it gives me the same error. And then when i go to open up riot support and login i press sign in and then it tells me ill be redirected and then just take me back to the sign in screen. Things ive done - Reboot my pc - this is when the original issue started happening...

valorant stutter

so i get a stutter every 6 seconds or so very micro and fast the stutter is starts 1-2 minutes after gameplay its not a graphic problem because it stutters at even 60fps i’m on 4060 and amd ryzen 7600 i have raw input buffer on/tried power plans/updating drivers/bios settings/checking polling rates/deleting game and reinstalling ...

I opened val the other day and I noticed my ping was literally doubled I usually play on 30 on Istanbul server But on that day it was above 60 reaching stable 70 I didn't mind I played then I closed the game...
