I can't hear people

No one is muted and my audio is fine and they say through Xbox chat they can hear me but I can't hear them and I checked every single setting valorant and console settings nothing was wrong, is there a fix?

Headset (turtle beach)

Hello, I’ll get straight to the point, my turtle beach headset won’t let me speak, when I adjust the mic the people can hear that but not me, I can hear but I can’t speak, I’ve looked up tutorials on YouTube but none have worked, i was wondering if anyone knew what was happening, it’s not the controller or the settings on my Xbox, I’ve tried everything that I could think of, please tell me if you know anything that could help

Problem with sound

I just bought a brand new headset (my first headset) and the sound in valorant is rly different. Every time an agent talks or my teammate/friend talk, it muffles and lowers my game sounds (gun, walking sound etc.) and the constant switch makes the sound very inconsistent and gives me a hard time to focus. Is there any settings to change or anything with system etc. that might fix the problem.

val sends my ping up to 200+

i dont know what happened, but suddenly every time i open the game my ping goes from 20 to 200, and it also affects my discord calls. what could be the cause? ive reinstalled the game, restarted my pc, and restarted my wifi. (ping when u answer pls)
